Mantra yoga meditation – daily 5:30 to 7:30 AM

Gita Yoga classes – Saturdays from 5 to 6 PM

Gita Yoga teaches techniques for developing balance, satisfaction and happiness in ones daily life. Topics include:

  • How to Develop a Powerful Mind
  • How to Choose the Life You Want

  • How to Improve Your Communications Skills
  • How Spiritual Thinking Solves Material Problems
